Very urgent - marks card lost

Hi all,

I have lost my Group 2 Original IPCC Marks Card and I have been asked my Principle to give a Xerox for the same. Can you suggest me what I should be doing to obtain a duplicate Marks Card?

Plz its very urgent..

Send a letter to Institute for duplicate marksheet. Send to New Delhi Office with DD of Rs. 100 in it. Mention your name, Exam name, Exam Year, Roll No. etc.Send it by Speed Post.

Duplicate Marks Sheet/Pass Certificate

Fee

The fee for obtaining a duplicate marks sheet/pass certificate is Rs. 10 for each such certificate.

Application

Application should be made in a plain paper along with the following

Copies of marks sheet, if not available furnish your correct Articles Registration Number, Month & Year of appearance and Roll Number for which you require duplicate mark sheet/s
Address, telephone number, fax number (if available) etc.
DD for requisite fee

Where to send the Application
