You might have received the instruction sheet along with your final exam form.  Refer point no. 11 in it. it deals with surrender of exemption.  Acc. to it you will have to furnish an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper for it.

LEAVE THE COLUMN OF EXEMPTION IN EXAM FORM.

Just dont mention the same in the form (that you have received exemption) and give the paper again

NO JUST BTY NOT MENTIONING THE EXEMPTION IN THE FORM IS NOT ENOUGH.IT IS A LONG PROCEDURE AND U HAVE TO TAKE THE APPROVAL OF THE NECESSARY AUTHORITY FOR IT.CALL ON INSTITUTE AND THEY WILL TELL U AND FOR THAT MATTER I WOULD SAY DONT LET UR EXEMPTION GO AS U R TAKING A VERY BIG RISK

You are making a big mistake by surrendering your exemption.

I would suggest not to do so. 

hi, as u all know that exam application can be applied online,i applied through online process and the amount was debited to my bank a\c.but i did not receive the acknowledgement next to payment.so i do not receive any proof relating to payment made to institute. i did not receive payment particulars, bar code, control no etc.,i contacted chapter at vizag but they said to contact delhi. i called exam department but no body was responding properly.  i was big confusion what to do. so please help me.
