Anybody can make me clear that what is MCA fees for forms filing (Annual Filing- ROC) ( All Forms).
and Also Clear that If Authorised Capital increse from 50 lac to 1 cr. , what is fees.

For companies other than OPC & small company, in case of increase in authorised capital, fee structure is as follows:
for every 10000 or part after Rs. 50 lac upto Rs. 1 cr = 100
So, it works out to Rs. 50,000/- for increase in your case.
Filing fees for annual docs in your case (company having auth. cap. Rs. 50 lac) without addtional fees:
Rs. 500/- per form (23AC/23ACA/20B/66)
At Mca website there is a link to calculate fees there u can check applicable fees liability till datw
