ACCORDING TO ME ITS ADVISABLE U TO JOIN IPCC ( BUT U JOIN ARTICLE AFTER PASSING IPCC GROUP 1.
TO GET BRIEF IDEA VIST ICAI.ORG SITE
Go For IPCC. So that in nov u r able to give exams of IPCC/inter. If u have theortical knowledge, this will really help u in ur training.

u should go with new course . u find following benefit .
ur articalship will cut with 1/2 year ony 3 year u have under articalship
u find more time to prepare in ipcc and u can give both group
once u clear ipcc u will lot of time for the ca final couse and more effectively plan ur study . tody i pass in 2 group of ca final but not in 1 group due to not enough time to me available
