There is no such rule. Also there is no limit of no. of transfers.
There is a limit to no of trf- only 3 trf allowed during articlechip. Also one more limit- no trf before completion of 6 months
Yes, there is no such rule
But whenever there is regular transfer in one file, icai will check it in detail
