Verification and inspection of exam papers

Hey everyone..

I wasnt able to clear the second group of IPCC yet again. I scored really bad in ITSM when I expected to score atleast 50.

I am thinking of opting for verification and inspection of my paper. My query is -

After applying for verification, should i go ahead and fill the exam application for the next attempt? If i do apply for the next attempt, and the verification results are favourable, how do i cancel the exam application for the following attempt?

Also, does verification and inspection of papers result in any adverse results?

Verification do not make adverse result as you have not cleared 2 grp. It is better go apply and start preparation for exams in full swing. If you pass by verification u need not write exam and icai exam dept take care of your appln. Mostly answer book will not fetch marks but we can understand their method of awarding marks and improve our self accordingly. You have to fill exam appln and fees irrespective of the outcome.

I also want to know, do we get our paper copies after we've applied for verification of marks?

Verification u will not get anything. An intimation that there is no change in marks and very rarely some new marks. Copies will not be provided. U get PDF of your answer book only if you apply for that in proper format.
