I purchased a embroidery machine from TN and while generating Eway bill put wrong vehicle number and officer asking penalty about 82000rs . Invoice tax value is 41000rs is this correct what he asking about. the only mistake is vehicle wrong no.
plz help asap, this vehicle stuck in Bangalore gst office.

Submit representations to higher officials, other than who has caught, as there is no revenue loss to the Government. What ever happened is happened under ignorance and as clerical mistake. It will be released, but take 3 to 4 days time.
