My company which provides me tax exemption for 4- Wheelers (Car) towards maintenance, fuel, insurance., etc. When I enquired for the same about 2-wheelers they are citing Income tax rules only for Car.

Yes true. This is cover big employees perquisites which get big cars Mercedes or BMW. But bike maximum price would be 200k.Therefore the provision is too small for 2 wheeler. Logically nobody will give u perquisites for bikes.even if u get in this they always show such kind of conveyance s always shown as travelling/ conveyance expenses and all this don't form part of your salary
