Dear Sujeet Kumar, kindly let me know can my client who has not filed returns from past 1 year to come forward and file now in June 2016, as per the old VCES Scheme 2013..?
We are hoping after applicability of GST, to clear of outstanding dues under old laws.

No, the scheme was for limited time.

Yes karanjeet singh g you are right no vces scheme exist today so you can file your return anytime after due date. There is no limitation period under service tax like income tqx.
