Sir it is a scheme broght by govt nearly after considering some facts.
1. period since last scheme was broght
2. requirement of industry
3. total taxes dues from the industry
4. many mores

We are hoping after applicability of GST, to clear of outstanding dues under old laws.

No, the scheme was for limited time.

Yes karanjeet singh g you are right no vces scheme exist today so you can file your return anytime after due date. There is no limitation period under service tax like income tqx.
