To whom should the VCES form 1 be submitted?
Declaration in Form VCES-1 shall be made to the designated authority (AC/DC as specified by Commissioner)
How can I find it?
The Designated Authority as written in the law is AC/DC-Assistant/Deputy commissioner. The jurisdiction will have to be known as per the location of the service provider premises. That can be easily retrieved by visiting the concerned department of service tax.
