As it is the transaction between you and ABC ltd you need to mention TIN number of ABC in the bill.

MY QUESTION IS THAT IN SALES TAX RETURN WHICH PARTY NAME & TIN SHOULD BE MENTION ? CONSIGNEE TIN OR CUSTOMER TIN ?

It should be customer TIN No.

agar aap ki compny ke naam ka bill hoga to aap ko sales karne ke liye aap ka bill banana hoga

to fir aapko apka bhi or party ka bhi tin no / cst no / Ecc no / menton karna padega

TIN is for Sales Tax (so whether it is excisable or non excisable)

Always You Have to give the TIN No. where the goods will be delivered. as per the sales tax rules.

if the transaction is interstate the it is consider as E - I or E- II transaction
