Pls help me with the below query
A Dealer gets Its Tin No. on 25th July,and if the dealer had purchased some goods on 02nd of July ....so will the dealer get the benefit of Vat set-off that has been paid on purchase of goods................. ?

No set off allowed on the purchases made during the URD period ....
Solution : Ask the supplier to issue invoice post dated the date of registration
You May Show the Purchse in Opening Stock and Take Input Credit by Using this Form VAT-118
