If I have a Manufacturing factory at a village having say 'A" as district and I have my corporate registered office at a place'B' Disrict, From which VAT office should I get registration. From A District or B District. At B District, we have only administrative office and registered under COmpanies Act as Registered Office.
Similarly, where we have to obtain Profession tax Registration?

Professional tax should be registred at both the places
But I have convenience at B District where the registered office of the company is situated. I received VAT Certificate from Asst. Commissioner of B District. Can I show the factory at A as additional place of business in the certificate and file returns at VAT office in B District
