if no sales activity then there is no need to register vat.

Dear All,

             I am Doing Retail Business in the nature of " Suppling of All Types of Papers and Stationery Items to my Customers, 

And Also doing Offset Printings and Screen Printing of Voucher, Letter Head, Visting Card etc. to my Customer.

In this Case "Whether I want to Resister under VAT" on what condition. 

if Yes Means" Please let me know which Business Category it was give me the Commodity Code and Tax Rate for this (Second Sale and Retail Business) 

Or any Exemption (If Total Turnove Less than 10laks)
