Pls can anyone let me know vat rates applicable on readymade garments,sarees,embroidery suit fabrics,ladies suits...

5% if bill amount upto Rs. 5000
and
12.5% for others
If online sales of ready made garments are made so what would be DVAT rate if sale made in delhi and sale made outside delhi ?
is Vat applicable on jeans?
