Vat rate

which state ?

in delhi VAT is 12.5 % and service tax is 10.3 %

in haryana VAT is 13.13%

Dear Friend

VAT is applicable @ 12.5% in Haryana & Delhi because of Luxry items. In Haryana there is more 5% surcharge on VAT so its 13.125%.

Service tax is not applicable on it on full amount.

Some resturants charge it & its for servies of waiter and maintenance of their crockery.
