After filing the vat return for the month of March 31st, received some vat bills.
Input carry forward is not in Karnataka Vat. Only refund is there. Is there any
solution to use this inputs ?

You can take same in the month of April.
I am having a doubt. while uploading purchases for the month of April.2016 Fy. Yr.2016-17 whether it will accept March purchases Fy.Yr.2015-16

Yes, it will accept. You can utility purchase bills upto 6 months.
