PLZ SEND ME EXCEL FORMAT OF FORM-7 OF UATTR PRADESH VAT

I just want to know that whether we can carry forward the VAT credit of last year in the next year. Please tell me as soon as possible as I have filed all th returns of this return by taking the credit of last year.

I work for the transporters. we are transporting goods thru assam to other states... do we have to register as a VAT dealer in ASSAm and Remit Taxes at the time of State Entry OR with the Transit Pass can we transport the Goods thru assam?

Anybody provide me DVAT-20 Form, for filing vat return.
