VAT for Iron And Steel Fabrication in Punjab

Dear Sir,

We are Iron &  Steel Fabrication firm , I need to know that what is the VAT that is to be charged from the customers in Punjab. We make Iron Door frames , Windows, Gates Etc...

At present we are charging at @ 13.75 % . Many of the competetiors are charging at 5.5%. Which is the correct VAT rate for iron Fabrication in Punjab.
