An oredr determining/accepting the turnover of a dealer and making additional levies or accepting the declared tax,issued by the department of Commercial Tax is an assessment order. When issue notice and call upon you to produce your records and accounts, appear before the said officer accordingly. After verification of your records he will issue an assessment order.....mjk
