A Pvt. Company in Hyderabad wants to get de-registered from VAT.
Where can I get the procedure for de-registration from VAT??

I am not aware of AP VAT provisions. But in general you need to surrender you original Registration Certificate along with Final return along with tax payment upto the date of closure.
All declaration forms to be filed upto the date of closure also to be filed
