suppose registered dealer good purchase from unregistered dealer. registered dealer claim the credit of input purchase. if no
so unregistered dealer not mention the tax data own invoice and not pay tax to gov.
than every unregistered dealer sales good to registered dealer.
pls friends send the solution of vat.

There are 2 cases in this regard :-
1. in some State, VAT is charged on the Purchase as Sale from Unregisrered Dealer and Input VAT Credit can be claimed.
2. in some state VAT will not be charged on purchase from unregistered dealer.
