Can I avail vat credit on when i pay hire charges Or lease rent?

No. Under APVAT provisions, ITC cannot be used for payment of VAT in respect of hire / lease charges. Same provisions prevail under other State VAT Acts also.

no ,u can claim input vat only on purchases and some capital items like P&M
