Vat audit

 Gujarat Vat Act, 2003: The notification no. GHN-33 VER 2007 12^th have been issued on 30^th August, 2007, specifying the amount of turnover exceeding Rs. 1 crore for creating liability for audit of accounts by dealer.

The said notification also provided by amending rule 44 & inserting form no. 217 where by audit report format has been prescribed, the particulars to be covered in audit report.    

I’m in need of proposed format of vat audit report. Can you suggest me any link or any other source for that.
