in karnataka vat Form 240 has to be filled with in 31-12-2010 for the year ended 31-3-2010.
i had not filled the Form 240 still now . because my total turnover does not excced 1 crore. for calculationg turnover weather we should include URD Purchase for calcuiate total turnver.
example. : total sales includeing output tax is Rs.80,00,000/- and URD Purchase is Rs40,00,000/-.
SO WEATHER WESHOULD TREAT TOTALTURNOVER AS Rs.80,00,000 OR Rs.12000000/- REGARDS KANAKKARAJ
