You can apply for duplicate certificate of MVAT TIN/Registration u/r.12 of the MVAT Rules, 2005 and for certificate of CST TIN/Registration u/r.8 of the CST Rules, 1957 on payment of necessary fees in the form of court fee stamps.
you can apply for issue of duplicate certificates with the authorities also u may be required to provide an affaidivait for the loss of certificates
