For VAT we want to add one more premise in Karnataka. For that VAT officials asking us to pay yearly professional tax fee of Rs 2500/- for the new premise.
Do we need to pay? We have paid PT yearly renewal fee for Bangalore office.
Please clarify
you can add new premises in existing professional tax enrollment certificate, subject to state PT rules.
