Can a company transfer its 100% production from one branch to another as per Delhi VAT ACT? If yes, please explain!

Normally all the vat laws would permit transfer of goods between branches as it do not involve any tax liability (because there is no transfer ). It would be possible with the use of delivery notes which can be obtained from the department. Since I have not checked up the Delhi act I am not in a position to give you further details. But I am sure you can do that.
