Dear All,
Can anyone advice me on the following issues:
1) Are invoices with VAT & CST charged together in the same invoice eligible for VAT input credit?
2) Are such invoices permissible under the Act?
3) Also can service tax as well as sales tax be charged under the same invoice?
Can anyone plz tel me Whr can i get CST Form C & Form F.?

You can get it from your Local Sales tax office.
