Value of perquisite

One of the employer is providing mobile for its employees for official and personal use.

Will there perquisites applicable as it is movable asset.

If your employer provides a mobile phone for both official and personal use and retains ownership, it is generally not taxable as a perquisite. Additionally, any reimbursement of mobile/internet bills provided against actual bills for business purposes is fully tax-exempt. However, if you receive a fixed monthly "telephone allowance" without the requirement to submit bills, that fixed amount is treated as salary and is fully taxable.
