Is it difficult to get job after becoming CA by doing Hard Work???
The only reason behind that is high result declared by ICAI????
If ICAI give this type of result continuously then what will be the situation of Future CAs????

yeah...
be ready for tough times..
u can easily get a job..but be ready for salary of 3-4lakhs p.a. if you have taken more than an attempt. for first attempt it is 5-6 lakhs p.a.
this is provided u get a call for interview..even that is scarce nowadays
My friend who passed in May 2012 in 4 attempts has landed in a job without any connections at a package of 5.5 lacs,so it depends on ur abilities more than anything else. A degree does not guarantee you a job,your attitude and knowledge does. Concentrate on your studies as well as articleship for good practical knowledge.

I have cleared in Nov-11 and practicing since last 5 months in Ahmedabad.
Situation is tough yet managable.
I just want to say that please concentrate on your studies and better to stay out of such discussions.
Discussing it will either give you consolation or disappointment...
Moreover, we cant do anything to change this scenario..So Why to discuss it now?
Lets not play blame game.
Whenever you clear your exams scenario may be different..
I am sorry if it hurts but this is for your betterment and for every one who is studying for their exams...Everything will be fine...Till that live life...Enjoy and ya start making contacts...That will help you a lot in future....

Yes, i accept its of no use discussing here, but you cant deny the fact that icai has absolutely diluted the worth of a CA in market.
ICAI should consider it, such high results are really creating pressure over deserving candidates.
CA is only platform.
It cannot decide your future. It is your knowledge, commitments, hardwork etc gives you the value.
Nobody pays for your qualification, they pay for your work, knowledge etc.
Concentrate getting the platform (i.e. get CA qualifiction). Dont bother about value !

Im ramesh kumar gupta & had cleared my ca final in may 2012 in 3rd attempt . looking for job in ca firm as well as industry but not getting job though i had also applied for campus placement but i had not shortlisted by any company. Its really very tough to get job . so kindly suggest what should i do to over overcome this situation .

its correct, today's scenario is very tuff for C.A's. it has become very difficult to get a good job. My friend having cleared CA in first attempt (Jan 2012)and merit in PCC, is still searching for a job.
Institute should look after the placements also if they wanna give such high percentage of results
To raise complaint on this is acceptable. Because ICAI can manage the result of CA and in that way supplay of CAs can be matched with demand of CA. Survey of World Bank and FICCI says that in India 64% engineers and 80% MBAs are useless (do not have sufficient job knowledge). High passing quantity of CAs without adequate ability will add CAs also in this type of surveys.
