valuation on mrp or transaction value

agar ek shoes seller apne shoes sell karta hai...jiski mrp 1300rs. hai but transaction value rs. 700 hai..


to tax 18% lagega ya 5% lagega??

as per rule shoes of rs. more than rs. 1000 then tax rate is 18% aur less than rs.1000 than tax rate is 5%.
