AO has directed for the Valuation report u/s. 142A. Is it necessary for him to take into consideration the Valuation Report for Assessment or Re-Assessment?
Please reply/clarify.

i would like to know how to prepare valuation report of immovable properties like house, commercial ,industrial structure etc.
therefore i need some reference for the same.
hence kindly share some ready valuation report of immovable properties.
