How to valuate unlisted share of a compny as per companies act. Please quote section or notitfication or any other base for such valuation ......

Section 247 of Companies Act 2013 (yet to be notified) deals with valuation by registered valuers.  Section 56(2)(viib) of IT Act also deals with valuation of shares of unlisted companies.
