I have a doubt regarding the interpretation of Sec 108 of Companies Act, 1956...For how many months is the share transfer form valid if to be used for a private company... If the transfer is to be registered on the date of 6th October transfer forms within which dates can be used...Kindly help out to solve this confusion....Thanks in advance....
Validity of Share Transfer forms for Private Limited Company is 2 Months from the Date of Presentation with the Prescribed Authority as per the Provisions of Sec 108 (1A)
