Your name as per IT data base is (Checked via Winman software) First Name Vicky   Last name/surname Frederick fill it similarly in GST application you will get migrated. If error still not solved contact toll free IT Dept for name as per their DATA BASE. Happy migration.

PROBLEM SOLVED,

ONLY DIRECTOR IS TO BE SET AS AUTHORISED SIGNATORY AND NONE OTHER

REMOVE ALL OTHER SIGNATORY, ONLY DIRECTOR AS SIGNATORY.

Even I am facing the same problem. You get a validation eror without any specific detail about error. How do we rectify the same without  knowing about what the error is.

I have checked thorughly PAN details which in any case is pre verified at the 1st instance
