Notification No.6/2005-ST, prescribe the limit of turnover upto the taxable value of services of Rs. 9 lakhs for not requiring registration. Hence you can surrender the ST2 without leaving your business.

but as i knw
once assessee gt regd. bcm liable to pay service tax
and hence now how he can do so.
It ll valid ?
or acceptable by the Dept.?
