Is it possible to surrender ST-2 without discontinuing business on the ground that services provided nt sufficient.?
Even at time of Regn. services also not upto the limit

Notification No.6/2005-ST, prescribe the limit of turnover upto the taxable value of services of Rs. 9 lakhs for not requiring registration. Hence you can surrender the ST2 without leaving your business.

and hence now how he can do so.
