Quick Summary
This discussion explores the legality of UK companies mandating COVID-19 vaccinations for employees. It questions whether an employer can stop an employee's salary or deny them office entry if they haven't been vaccinated. The consensus suggests that while companies can encourage vaccination and issue notices, outright salary suspension or entry denial might not be legally permissible without specific government mandates or clear company policies, and verification of vaccination status is key.

No,it is not a correct procedure, company should issue notice to all such employees that vaccination should be mandatory to all of them or if vaccination is not done then Company should issue notice to such employees regarding that by following prescribed standards. Company should verify all the vaccine reports of such employees
But as per my knowledge there is no compulsion for vaccination by GOI or any other department, so can make it mandatory for its employees....refer any govt notification if any
