ek clinet Gst registered hai regular scheme... toh uski ITR strong krne k liye
uske pass hai plot hai jo vacant hai uski rental income show kr skte hai kya??
iska gst me koi effect padega???

Yes if the rent received is above the threshold required for registration

Threshold limit?? sir already registered hai gst me as a propetirship?? or annually 72000/- rent show krna hai... toh gst me effect padeg??

Yes, rental income is also chargeable to GST at applicable rates.
