Clubbing not applicable if:
The assets are transferred;
1. With an agreement to live apart.
2. Before marriage.
3. Income earned when relation does not exist
4. Property acquired out of pin money.
In ur case land is given by you & building is build by ur wife from her own fund.
Total income ka jitna portion land value se aa rha hai utna portion husband ke hand me club hoga... i think...
