if one compnay having two manufacturing unit which is registered in excise with different registration no., is any way to cenvat credit of one unit can utilise to other unit. if yes please explain.

Till Now , there is no such provision for providing the same which you hav said lalit.
But stil 2% not sure about it , let me review the rules. (Do refer Cenvat Credit Rules).
Only Cenvat Credit of CVD 3(5) can be utilised as per Rule 10A
If you are a large manufacturing unit then you can transfer cenvat credit from one unit to another
However you can transfer cenvat credit of sad on imports ffrom one unit to another only on the last day of quarter

Can you please provide me notification for SAD or CVD utilisation between two unit.
pls go through rule 10a of cenvat credit rule 2004

No u cant only sad can be transferred lalit
As we can transfer SAD 4% only in quarter end, Can we utilise this amount for quarter end i.e. amount transfer in 31st march 14 and utilise amount for march 14.
