I have cess credit of 2L with me in gst, can it be used against any cgst, sgst or igst..?or can it be only use against cess liabilities..?

You cannot use your Compensation Cess credit balance of ₹2 Lakh to pay your CGST, SGST, or IGST liabilities; it is strictly reserved for offsetting your Compensation Cess output liability or, under specific circumstances like exports, for claiming a refund.
