Hi All,
One of my freind wants to get GSTN ASAP but we have to wait for Frim's PAN card to register with GST portal. Is it necessary to provide partnership frim's bank details can we use the partners bank details instead of using firm details ? If we wait for bank account we need one week more since banks were asking for GST registration.
Are there any probability of raising query from the GST dept?
PLZ help we toally upset !!
If they reject my application in that case, Shuold i do all procedure from the start.
Necessity for opening a bank account, for a Firm, at the time of applying for GST is clearly explained I could understand any proof of bank account by the PARTNER or PARTNERS of the Firm is suffice Thanks Sivaravi
