A consent letter from your father along with ownership document in the name of your father like registry papers or electricity bill will also suffice if it is in the name of your father.

Thank you for your adevice
it will be great if you could clarify that whether I have to show any document to establish the relationship or not??

No need for that.

Consent Letter will be enough.

Fathers Name is also entered in the GST registration under Proprietor details so that will serve the purpose.

Wow that's great to hear from you..
thank you

You are welcome........................

I have my principal place of GST in Uttar Pradesh and godown in Delhi. when supplying goods from godown which place of of supplier would be used for deciding the inter or intra??

can you please guide on this ?

You will have to take registration in Delhi also to sell goods from there.

Intra state or inter state will depend on where you are selling to.

When will be treated as house is considered as business place?

If you supply goods from such place or store goods in such place.
