USER ID PWORD

you need to meet officer
(may IT desk of GST)
file a letter with then asking for user id and password

within less spam of time you will receive the same to your registered email id

if you don't know your registered email ID
then file an application for changing registered email id with same officer and try forget password

if you don't know both user id and password - file an application with your officer of requirement of users id and password
