user I'd password in GST

but we  need to  login right?

coz , he not reply  for the request of user id and password.

this issue was discussed in GST master class (available on youtube)

aswer: if your accountant run away with user id and password and you cant log in then there is no "online solution" for this. You have to approach to your income tax authority with your PAN card and adhar card or related proofs which were used for GST registration, then upon verification of documents "only the GST / Income tax authority can reset your password"

There is no other solution to this issue.

You submit application to State GST department 

you can do so by adding new authorised signatory in non core field ones u can login portal u can also change propritor's mob.no. and email id in core field also.
