User a/c expired on mca portal

Hi,

 

I want to update PAN card details for DIN. I have forms ready. My user account is expired on MCA portal. Is there any way to intimate my PAN card.

How to activate my user account on MCA portal

If any User does not log-in to the MCA Portal for 6 (six) months, his/ her User Account gets expired. The expired User Account cannot be re-activated and the User is required to register again on MCA Portal.

When trying to register again, the following message is showing "BP role ZREG already exists for partner 3000714246", and the registraion could not be completed, Please help...

Register again with different email ID. Then you will get registered.

same error "BP role ZREG already exists for partner 3000714246" even when trying to register with new email id
