such goods will not be exisable as u are not manufacturing those goods, niether u are changing the basic charecter of such goods
If the inputs are excisable inputs purchased into the factory (for which input credit is also available to assessee ) and then used and disposed as waste etc., the removal shall also be excisable.
if input credit is taken, then clearance value is subject to duty,
