What is the GST rate for used car sold by a firm  if the selling firm is not a car dealer?

I think GST Should not be charged on used car.

Sale of car cannot be said to be in the course or furtherance of business (as selling old vehicles is not the business of the said firm).

Thus as per sec 2(105) read with Sec.7, no GST is applicable in this case.

For a used car 28% gst rate is applicable plus Cess.
