Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the requirement of UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) for certifying unaudited balance sheets, particularly when requested by Axis Bank. While generally UDIN is not required for provisional or unaudited balance sheets, Axis Bank is reportedly rejecting applications without it. The conversation explores potential ways to address this discrepancy and convince the bank.

If Balance sheet is unaudited that is considered as Provisional balance sheet and For Provisional balance sheet UDIN is not required...
I had conversation with axis bank authority in that particular branch they are of the opinion that case will be rejected in the absence of UDIN.
in such case do we have any other way out to convince them as my client is now confused
